RETURN POLICY 

Krewe du Q accepts returns postmarked within 14 business days of the delivery receipt date. We will not accept any returns after this time period.

  • All merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
  • We currently do not accept returns on International orders.
  • All sale items are Final Sale. 

Krewe du Q monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

To request a return authorization, visit Krewe du Q Returns, type in your order number and email. Select what items you would like to return, reason you are returning it, and how you would like your refund to be processed. Once you submit your request, and we will review within 48 hours. If approved, a return label will be emailed to you and a $9 fee will be deducted from your refund. Return labels provided will either be via UPS or USPS.

We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are accepted. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of the order ship date. All items must be in the original packaging, with the original hang tags, free of defects and in as-new condition with both packing slip and printed receipts. No exchanges are available after the 14-day period.

If you choose to send back your return, please make sure to include the invoice number on the package. You should ship your exchange with a carrier that will supply you with a tracking number to ensure that your package will not get lost.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for the return or exchange to be processed.

For exchanges, if the requested item is not available you will be notified via email and we will issue you store credit.  It takes 3 – 5 business days to process exchanges after we have received your item. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free US Ground Shipping for all orders over $250

PROCESSING TIME Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. 

POSSIBLE DELAYS We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 2 day shipping, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
